About Paulding County Court Docket

Paulding County court dockets and case records are divided among several court offices. A civil, felony, or domestic-relations matter follows the Common Pleas Legal Division and its eServices public case-information route. Traffic, misdemeanor, parking, small-claims, and limited civil matters follow the separate Municipal Court and its CaseLook tools. Probate uses its own record search, and Juvenile records have a distinct, restricted access channel. Ohio has no one statewide trial-court portal that combines those records. This private reference resource organizes those separate pathways so a search can begin with the court that actually keeps the case.

Why We Built This Site

Paulding County does not have one clerk counter or one public search that holds every court case. The Paulding County Clerk of Courts, Legal Division, keeps Common Pleas civil, felony criminal, domestic-relations, and Third District Court of Appeals records. Its court-linked eServices portal is a locating route for public Common Pleas case information. The separate Paulding County Municipal Court Clerk keeps lower-court traffic, criminal, civil, small-claims, and parking files through its own CaseLook Record Search and Calendar Search.

Probate and Juvenile also maintain separate clerk functions. Probate case information has a distinct CaseLook route. Juvenile access is not interchangeable with adult court searching because Ohio rules can restrict juvenile, family, and protected information. Ohio court-record rules provide a public-access framework, but a result screen is not the same as a verified or certified record. The useful first step is identifying the court level, then using that court's public information tool or clerk.

What You Will Find Here

The material here follows Paulding's separate court channels rather than treating a statewide search as a substitute.

  • Docket routes: how Criminal Court Dockets and Civil Court Dockets are held and located in Paulding County
  • Schedules and settings: how the Court Schedule routes a hearing-date question to the correct court
  • Case location: how Docket Search distinguishes Common Pleas eServices from Municipal CaseLook and the separate division channels
  • Official files: how Court Case Records and certified copies are requested from the clerk that keeps the case
  • Lower-court matters: how Traffic Court records and dates are routed through the court named on the citation

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, not a Paulding County or Ohio government service. Court staff and the office that keeps the case control official information and case actions. This site cannot do the following:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that an online result, published fee, phone number, or setting is current

Only the clerk or court that keeps a Paulding case can issue an official or certified copy. Common Pleas, Municipal, Probate, and Juvenile records are not interchangeable.

Search Partners

Some pages include search boxes supplied by third-party providers. Those providers operate their own services and establish their own prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee for this private reference resource. That revenue helps maintain public access to the resource, but it does not give this site control over a provider's price, availability, or search results.
